Today my littlest girl turned 7...
Last night when I hugged her goodnight I was a little sad as I realized that she was the last of daughters...It would be the last time any of my girls would be six.
Kids Birthdays...They are so bitter sweet.
We had trouble figuring out what to get her for her Birthday...The only two things she asked for were a mini fridge and a snack machine! Haha...I guess it's a family joke, but everyone here knows Jordy has an obsession with snacks and treats...She has been known to knock on her Aunties door to ask for snacks or phone her Nana for a treat...So that fact that she wanted her own fridge cracked us up.
Anyway...She did NOT get her own mini fridge!
We bought her a fish :)
What kid doesn't want a fish?? lol
Ya, we were desperate and a fish is the easiest pet to care for (or get rid of) so that's what she got!
She loved it...She picked out a very original name for it...It's called...Fishy.
Then she opened her other presents...
We didn't get her a mini fridge but we did find a mini snack machine!!!
And in case you are wondering why she is not smiling in any of the pictures, it's because Jordy doesn't like her Birthdays! Ha! I did a whole post on it once!
She does not like all that attention focused on her...In all her seven years I do not think we have a picture of her smiling on her Birthday! Oh well...
Well, there's a half smile for ya!

Wonderful photos. I love that first one of her. She is such a cutie. Love that little mouth of hers! Hope she enjoys Fishy! I had a college roommate that loved her fish & when it died she bawled like a baby. She said, "But he had so much personality." LOL One of the funniest things I've heard someone say!
